All prices are in Canadian dollars and effective starting January 1, 2012. Prices may change from published prices due to market conditions, without notice.
We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal and Interac payments. Orders need to be placed online as we don't take orders by phone nor do we store any payment information in our system for security reasons.
The shipment cost is calculated based on weight and/or size of the order. We usually ship within 24 hours or one (01) business day after receipt of the order and confirmation of payment. Check our Shipping section for additional information about shipping.
Party Things is happy to quote on special packs and assortments of merchandise. If one or several products from your order are not available, we will order from our suppliers and consolidate one shipment, unless back-ordered item is unshipped 2 weeks before the holiday. Please allow 10 business days for out of stock items. Party Things will confirm shipment date at the time we receive your order. For large / special orders, please contact us in advance.
Claims & Returns
All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 5 calendar days of your receipt of the shipment. Our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, in which case, products must be in their original, closed package. You must receive prior authorization for a return. Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or shipping error will be credited less shipping charges and a 25% re-handling charge, within 30 days.
