Terms of Service
All prices are in Canadian dollars and effective starting January 1, 2022. Prices may change from published prices due to market conditions, without notice.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal payments. Orders need to be placed online as we don't take orders by phone (unless specifically requested by a customer) nor do we store any payment information in our system for security reasons.
The shipment cost is calculated based on weight and/or size of the order.
Items in stock usually ship within 24 hours or one (01) business day after receipt of the order and confirmation of payment.

Party Things is happy to quote on special packs and assortments of merchandise. If you have a special requirement and don’t see it in our website, give us a call and we will look for it. Party Things will confirm shipment date at the time we receive your order. For large / special orders, please contact us in advance.
Claims & Returns
All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 5 calendar days of your receipt of the goods. Our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, in which case, products must be in their original, closed package. You must receive prior authorization for a return. Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or shipping error will be credited less shipping charges and a 25% re-handling charge, within 30 days.
E-mail and SMS Text Marketing Subscriptions
By consenting to Party Things’ SMS and/or e-mail marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text and/or e-mail notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails or text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
