Returns and Refunds Policy


***Shipping Fees are NON refundable, under any circumstances including delayed shipping, as we are not responsible for couriers delays*** 

If you are not satisfied with a product on your order, we want to know about it to better assist you with the Return and Refund process.

Please make sure you contact us within 30 days from the date of your order. Orders which transaction date is older than 30 days will not be accepted for returns / refunds.

Please contact Customer Service via email at sales@partythings.ca or give us a call at (403) 926.4015. We will need you to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue with your order.

Items that are not on their original packaging, or labels / wrapping have been removed, or is not in new, unused condition are not eligible for returns and they are yours to keep.

Seasonal items including but not limited to: Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas and New Year are NOT eligible for returns and sales are final.

Except in the event of faulty or damaged goods, Party Things does not provide a return label, and the postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Faulty or damaged goods can be refunded or returned for a replacement of same in kind, as stock availability permits.

Covid-19 Delayed related returns:

It is well known that Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of day to day life. Important safety measures have been put in place by all carriers, to ensure the health and well-being of their employees. Unfortunately, these measures have negatively impacted the on-time delivery rates and inevitably, orders are being delayed.

While this matter is beyond our control, we continue to be committed to promptly package and ship your orders, to minimize the impact of any and such delays.

We do wish to emphasize the importance of placing order with enough time in advance to your event, to avoid excess shipping costs on rushed services, which might still not be delivered by the posted dates.

If your order has been shipped from Party Things but is delayed and not making it on time for your event, we will take it back for a full refund of the costs of your products. We want to give you the confidence of knowing that you can try getting your order in and hope the delivery times will play in your favor.

Please note the cost of postage will not be refunded without exceptions.


Once your returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, a full refund of the cost of the products returned will be sent to your method of payment.

Typically, refunds take 3-5 business days to show on your credit card or Paypal statements, after you have received confirmation of the refund, via e-mail.
